Although conventionally trained, we prefer to use the more natural and gentler methods of complementary/alternative medicine whenever possible. We use diet, exercise, nutritional and herbal supplements, lifestyle changes, and mind-body practices such as relaxation and Interactive Guided Imagery. Although we do not serve as Primary Care Providers, we will work with your PCP.
